Many proponents of pensions reform argue that by switching from unfunded pay-as-you-go state schemes to a fully funded scheme that takes advantage of the high return on assets such as equities, the solvency of the state scheme could be restored at little or no financial burden to current taxpayers. More Pirate bay

This decision to imprison the pirate bay 3 is distrurbing.
1 year in prison for a crime that does not involve violence is  disproportionate.
The appeal will be very interseting indeed.
Copyright is a very recent invention that has outlived it's usefulness.
