Car companies are not a special case.
No company is too big to fail.
We must learn from the farce that was British Leyland in 30 years ago and let commercial realities take their course.
Why is there billions of dollars to prop up foreign owned car manufacturers but the tragedy of the failure of the child care industry gets no comprehensive plan.
But maybe there is a plan post ABC learning.
I want the money spent on the education and care of our next generation rather than an industry that is in terminal decline.

this link got the wireless working on the with ubuntu on the Toshiba satellite pro A200 with atheros chipset.
1. turn off support for Atheros 802.11 in >system>Administration>hardware drivers
2 add the back ports for atheros 5xxx chipsets
3. after reboot disable and enable support for this chipset.
Comments-
This needs to go into the Ubuntu main repositories and replace the current atheros drivers

Daniel Kwan - Great service

Sunday, 13 May 2007

Daniel
Thank you so much for your great work in helping us secure the house of our dreams. Sitting on the balcony of our house is truly satisfying.
We could not have achieved this without your hard work on our behalf.
Your knowledge, experience, enthusiasm and encouragement were the difference between sucess and failure in securing our new home.
Rest assured that I am reccommending you to all my friends and business associates.
What you have done Daniel is make the process of financing a home a logical straight forward enjoyable process.
We look forward to seeing you at our house warming party.

Kind Regards
Linley Caetan
